We aim to empower individuals through Martial arts, by fostering physical and mental strength, discipline, and respect.
Our vision is to provide members with a welcoming and supportive environment where everyone can achieve their full potential, and we offer disciplines including:
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, Boxing, Wrestling and Women's Self Defence.
We also offer our Training Grounds KIDS ACADEMY, where we offer BJJ and Muay Thai for kids from 3.5yrs of age.
Our Training Grounds Kids Academy is first and foremost about kids having fun and feeling part of a group whilst learning new skills.
Martial arts is great for fitness, confidence and developing self-defence skills. It also improves children’s sense of respect, focus and discipline. When they join the Training Grounds Martial Arts Academy, kids learn about the importance of team work, improve their listening and social skills, and get a sense of achievement. They are surrounded by positive role models and of course they make lots of new friends along the way.
And finally we are passionate about our Women's Self Defence program, and offer monthly workshops as well as corporate training and seminars.
