TAP Academy

T.A.P. stands for Training A Pro. We are a virtual training academy that evaluates the skills of our clients and then we customize workouts specific to their skill level. No "One Size Fits All" approach here. We train virtually exactly how we train in person. These workouts are built entirely off of the proven experience of professional athletes in their respective sport. TAP Academy gives parents, guardians, trainers, clients & coaches the assurance that the workouts they choose to partake in are the exact same workouts that Pro Athletes used to become pros themselves. There's no better way to stack the deck for the best possible outcome.
