Trek has the skills necessary to successfully execute and coordinate all aspects of the process including acquisition, design, engineering, entitlements, finance, construction management and sale, creating enhanced value in the community. Beth, the daughter of both a real estate business owner/broker and a real estate developer primarily doing business in the local Twin Cities market, has an innate and learned sense with an intricate knowledge of the local market.
