TGH, ONG internationale, élabore et met en œuvre des programmes d'urgence, de réhabilitation et de développement dans les domaines de l'eau, hygiène et assainissement, du génie civil, de la sécurité alimentaire et du développement rural, du socio-éducatif et du psychosocial.
L'association est moteur de projets qu'elle élabore avec des partenaires nationaux et internationaux en mobilisant les ressources et compétences locales. Cette approche vise à répondre au plus près des besoins exprimés par les populations bénéficiaires en apportant des solutions globales et durables qui tendent vers l'autonomie des personnes aidées.
Fondée sur des valeurs communes, d'écoute et de réactivité, l'association revendique, professionnalisme et pragmatisme. Elle souhaite préserver la notion d'Association au sens de «personnes qui mettent en commun leurs activités dans un autre but que le partage des bénéfices».

TGH is an international NGO designing and implementing emergency, rehabilitation and development programmes in the field of water, hygiene and sanitation, civil engineering, food security, rural development, socio-educational and psychosocial.
The association designs and implements programmes in collaboration with national and international partners through the mobilisation of local skills and resources. This approach aims to respond as closely as possible to the needs expressed by the beneficiary populations by elaborating comprehensive and sustainable solutions, leading towards the autonomy of the people benefiting from these programmes.
Based on common values of listening capacity and reactivity, the association, stands for professionalism and pragmatism. It wishes to preserve the concept of Association with the meaning of « people acting together towards the same goal, which is not one of profit sharing ».
