Trilogy Disability Foundation

Trilogy Disability Foundation was established to support informal carers, people living with a mental health condition, disabilities and other highly vulnerable members of the Central Coast, NSW community. In the Central Coast district, 6.4% of the population need help with core activities, a number greater than the NSW state average. Trilogy Disability Foundation is a huge believer in providing opportunities and confidence to members of the community through education, social experiences and residential support. We believe that everyone deserves an opportunity to reach their full potential and feel like a valued member of their community.
