Triton Prosthetics

Our Mission To increase independence and mobility for those with amputations and limb differences through the research and development of low cost, accessible prosthetics. Our Team Our team consists of all University of California, San Diego undergraduate students from a wide variety of scientific disciplines. Our biomechanics and public health team bridges the gap between real word needs and pragmatic engineering solutions through the research of pressing biological and public health topics. We utilize emerging technologies such as 3D printing, 3D modeling/analysis software, and open source hardware to enable rapid prototyping and low cost production.
