Trobanex

For nearly 30 years, Trobanex has supported the cultivation and purchase of organic bananas from small producers in the indigenous reserve of Talamanca and Turrialba in Costa Rica. The small producers of the Bribri and Cavecar tribe have a sustainable income. The organic bananas are process and ship to Europe and North Amerika Today we count on almost 2.000 certified indigenous farmers, another 10.000 people benefit indirectly from this agro-forest project . As of 2022, Trobanex purchases certified in the same manner organic cocoa The freshly harvested cocoa beans are transported in the fastest way possible to our facilities in the jungle region of Talamanca where it is properly fermented and carefully sun dried. After the fermentation and drying process is completed to premium quality standards, it is packed and shipped on the cleints demand.
