True Care is a licensed home care agency providing personalized care to families throughout New York City and Westchester County since 2009. It is our mission to raise the standard of home care services by offering the highest level of care and maintaining excellence in staff, procedures, and responsiveness. We deliver seamless continuity of care by working directly with New York MLTC, CHHA, and hospice companies. Our in-home and care programs include home health aide assistance, specialized memory care, post-stroke care, home infusion therapy, appointment and procedure escort, private duty nursing, hospice and palliative care, and consumer-directed assistance (CDPAP).
