This movement, True Diamonds Think & Do tank, was born when we got tired for the lack of wellbeing in today's working and management culture. We want to be part of something better. We want to create a world that we truly believe in - where there is trust and room to breathe, not just to get out of breath. We believe in new working culture that is based on trust, openness, respect, finding purpose, sharing, and experimenting. This kind of culture will provide fertile ground for creativity and continuous learning. Things get done with inspiration and joy – not fear and anxiety. How do we do this? First of all, by putting our money where our mouth is, meaning living the new world into reality every day in our own company and collecting everyday diamonds. Secondly, we share and develop our thinking by working together with our customers and partners.
