Responsibilities were heavily focussed on business process development and reporting in the field of finance and supply chain management. During this time I led several challenging process development projects and gained strong hands on experience from ERP and reporting systems.Second phase of my career was more focused on understanding and developing leadership skills in order to be able to build great teams and communicate efficiently with different people. During this time I also completed a degree in solution based supervision of work and several certificates on collaboration tools. Our team also built training programs for young leaders from scratch and run those programs with great feedback from customers.Third and current part of my career is to combine learnings from earlier phases and use them to improve our customers daily lives.
