Tunc Döküm is one of the leader companies in Turkey in the field of aluminum casting and is located capital city of Turkey. It works with its sub-companies which are Magma Aluminium and Tunç Makine Model.
Its main object is the manufacturing of high-quality aluminum castings through sand casting, gravity die casting and high pressure die casting. Also, there is a LPDC machine investment and it's planned to work in the last quarter of 2022.
It is able to take low and high-volume parts from a prototype stage to finished, machined turnkey parts for its customers with design, molding, foundry, coring, reburying, CNC machining, painting, and laboratory services.
For the past 20 years, it has earned its reputation by serving the automotive, aerospace, military, medical, energy, classic street lighting, and commercial industrial community. Over 70% of its production is to countries within the European Union.
As quality certificates: ISO 4001:2015 to the sale of semi-finished and finished aluminum products, ISO 9001-2015 to model design and production, aluminum casting, processing, electrostatic powder paint, aluminum finished product sales electronics.
