Our outstanding maths tutors and English tutors support students across Jersey and Guernsey to become confident and high achieving learners. We started out tutoring maths to students in groups of three in a small meeting room at Springfield Leisure Centre in St Helier, Jersey. These tutoring sessions became so popular that we soon found ourselves in search of a larger venue! In late 2019, we moved sessions to St Matthew’s Church Hall in St Lawrence, began offering English tutoring, and started sessions at Cobo Community Centre in Guernsey too! In 2020, the Covid-19 pandemic forced us to stop our in-person maths and English tutoring in Jersey and Guernsey and move our tutoring online. This enforced move turned out to be a blessing, as it meant that students could now benefit from 1-on-1 tutoring. Every student on our books now enjoys personalised lessons with their very own tutor; each session is specifically tailored to the learner’s unique strengths, challenges, and learning style. Online tutoring has not only allowed us to provide families with the best maths and English tutors in Jersey and Guernsey, but with exceptional and highly-qualified tutors from across the UK. Fast-forward to 2023 and our inspiring team of maths and English tutors have empowered students from nearly all the 61 schools in Jersey and Guernsey! Our maths tutors and English tutors have helped over 800 students (across Key Stage 2, 3 and GCSE) in Jersey and Guernsey to reach their true potential in maths and English. The support we provide ranges from helping Year 2 students to master their number bonds up to 20, to helping Year 11 students achieve several grades higher than their predicted GCSE maths or English grade!
