Twice-Exceptional Network (TEN)

While TEN began as a nonprofit to support families raising twice-exceptional (2e) children, the need quickly outgrew the structure. As the community deepened, so did the vision. To meet the growing demand for more integrated, scalable, and cross-sector solutions, I launched NeuroSpark+—a strengths-based coaching and strategy practice supporting women and families navigating neurodivergence, twice-exceptionality, and complex emotional and learning profiles. From that foundation, Collabx emerged: a collaborative innovation lab within NeuroSpark+ dedicated to piloting, prototyping, and pressure-testing what real neuroinclusion can look like in families, schools, communities, and beyond.
