About us Twisted Lemon was created in 2015 by Luke Reed, an ex-recruitment company director who specialises in creating and developing vibrant work cultures. Luke spent several years building a recruitment company from scratch and developed the project into a highly successful business. While running the company, he realised that staff retention and incentives were the key components to creating a successful workplace. After selling the recruitment business, Luke decided to create a new, innovative venture and after speaking to other company directors about the various problems and pressures that come with their businesses, the idea for Twisted Lemon was created. Twisted Lemon is the first staff engagement company in the UK to create the concept of bringing incentives into the workplace and our goal is to become a one-stop shop for businesses looking for staff-based activities that will entertain, boost morale and create a fresh vibrant atmosphere that will be reflected by improved output and create an enthusiastic, positive culture among employees.
