Bringing the same passion and expertise that successfully transformed both the MoneyGram Payments business as well as TCF Bank’s digital presence I led the turnaround of these struggling and declining businesses.

A recent client engagement involved evaluating the mobile app user experience and for a large field service organization (Smart Care Equipment Solutions). Traveled around the country with technicians to observe their interaction with the app and made recommendations on improving field technician efficiency via key mobile app enhancements. Recommendations provided executive management led to second engagement to identify and recommend alternative field service solutions to meet the long-term strategic needs of the enterprise.
Other recent top engagements include creating the strategy, business case, mobile app prototype for two comprehensive suites of financial services; one for underbanked consumers the other for millennials delivered via elegant proprietary web and mobile app experience, creation of a cross border money transfer solution for a multi-national retailer, development of an extensive turn-key social media product offering for financial institutions which included listening, publishing, social care, marketing, engagement and analytics.
