We are Rosa and Margo Flanagan, founders of Two Raw Sisters (yes, we are actually sisters!). We love sharing recipes that make you feel great through our four best-selling cookbooks and the internationally recognised Two Raw Sisters App. We inspire all eaters, every day to see food as enjoyment by using good ingredients and being intelligently lazy. Neither of us are vegan or vegetarian, we believe in eating everything in moderation. We’ve battled with food. Food has made us guilty, confused, sad, low in energy and it has led us both to suffer from eating disorders alongside other health conditions. We’ve learned to love food and experience the positive impact good food has on our overall well-being. We now see food as fuel, a way to get creative and have fun. No matter your dietary requirements, financial situation, age, or gender we believe all eaters should be able to make delicious food and feel as great as we do every day.
