The Texas Association of Charitable Clinics (TXACC), founded in 2005, is a private, not-for-profit 501(c)3 membership association that supports Texas's free and charitable clinics. The Texas Association of Charitable Clinics is a membership network of independent clinics providing quality healthcare to more than 220,000 Texans. These nonprofit clinics provide low-income, uninsured, underinsured, and medically underserved individuals with healthcare services at little or no cost.
