TXShare

TXShare is a customer-oriented marketplace designed to serve as a cooperative bulk-purchasing program for the public sector. TXShare aims ensure to that our participants have access to the goods and services they need with the added benefits that come from cooperative purchasing. Originally created to exclusively serve the needs of the North Texas population, TXShare contracts are now made available to public sector entities everywhere. How it Works & The Interlocal Purchasing Agreement (ILA) All TXShare contracts depend on interested public sector entities signing a Interlocal Purchasing Agreement (ILA) to participate in the program. While other programs require separate agreements for each contract they offer, the ILA gives participants access to any program or procured contract as part of TXShare. The ILA is a one-stop solution for contracts. Once an entity signs their ILA, they are also authorized to use any future programs or contracts that are made available through TXShare. Becoming a TXShare participant is easy. Interested parties are directed to the TXShare website where they will find the ILA document needed to become a TXShare participant. It’s fast, easy, and has no cost obligation.
