I have worked for 10 years in HR and then more specifically in Compensation and Benefits, in France and in Panamá. During these years, I acted as a genuine interface between Top Management and Trade Unions, between finance and payroll, between employees and HR. I did it in French, in English and in Spanish, using Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
