Derech Tzel – The Center for Urban Forestry and Shading works to make Israel’s cities more shaded, cooler, and greener, with the aim of addressing global warming and improving residents’ quality of life. We support cities in advancing urban forestry and complementary shading solutions through the development and implementation of professional knowledge and tools. We operate within the Israel Green Building Council, in partnership with the Yad Hanadiv Foundation and the Government of Israel. דרך צל - המרכז לייעור עירוני ולהצללה' פועל להפוך את ערי ישראל למוצלות, קרירות וירוקות יותר, במטרה להיערך להתחממות העולמית ולשפר את איכות חיי התושבים. אנו מסייעים לערים לקדם ייעור עירוני ופתרונות הצללה משלימים, באמצעות פיתוח והטמעת ידע וכלים מקצועיים. אנחנו פועלים במועצה הישראלית לבנייה ירוקה, בשותפות עם קרן יד הנדיב וממשלת ישראל.
