uBoost is a Ukrainian nonprofit that provides free, hands‑on education and mentorship to teens and young adults from small and frontline communities. We equip participants with practical skills in entrepreneurship, career development, soft skills, and digital tools, while actively promoting STEM pathways through connections with senior leaders at top companies. Our mission is to cultivate a competent, future‑ready generation prepared to rebuild and re‑imagine Ukraine. The Challenge •Educational Disparity: A 5-year learning gap exists between rural and urban youth (PISA data). •Youth Migration: 42% of children aged 10-19 have left the country, exacerbating the workforce shortage. •Economic Instability: The absence of small and medium enterprises threatens the nation’s economic development. Our Approach •Career Readiness: Training in LinkedIn profile optimization, resume writing, interview skills, and cover letter preparation. •Entrepreneurship Education: Teaching teenagers how to launch and scale a business, including marketing, finance, sales, project management, and pitch deck creation. •Soft Skills Development: Public speaking, leadership, teamwork, and more. •Mentorship: Guidance from CEOs and top executives.
