Hydroinformatics Lab at Tulane University is focusing on cutting edge research on latest developments in Information and Communication Technologies and their applications on many science and engineering fields. Research areas in our lab includes hydroinformatics, environmental information systems, scientific visualization, big data analytics, intelligent systems, and information communication. UIHILAB explores novel computational techniques and approaches for environmental engineering applications including intelligent systems, smart assistants and chatbots, crowdsourced augmented reality applications, virtual reality and cyber learning systems, and holographic applications for emergency management.
