Our Mission Statement: Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated is an organization of college-educated women committed to the constructive development of its members and public service, with a primary focus on the Black community.
United Kingdom Chapter:
In 2022, the Grand Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated sanctioned active members of the sorority living in the United Kingdom to expand our growth by chartering the 1,063rd chapter of the largest black sorority in the world. The United Kingdom Alumnae Chapter was chartered on April 2nd, 2023 by 14 women and duly initiated members of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. We are one of the UK's 1st Predominately Black Greek-lettered sororities!
Our work in the UK is inclusive but not limited to supporting local underfunded and underrepresented communities throughout the United Kingdom, through our Five-Point Programmatic Thrust; Economic Development - Educational Development - International Awareness & Involvement - Physical & Mental Health and Political Awareness & Involvement.

Delta Sigma Theta Sorority is a private, non-profit organization whose purpose is to provide assistance and support through established programs in local communities throughout the world.
Founded on January 13, 1913, by twenty-two collegiate women at Howard University, the Sorority is currently a sisterhood of more than 350,000 predominately Black college-educated women.
