Ukrainian Climate Network

The Ukrainian Climate Network (UCN) is the largest association of pro-climate public organizations and initiatives in Ukraine. According to the autumn's 2024 data, UCN includes 39 members. The goal of the Ukrainian Climate Network is to realize the right of the citizens to live in a safe environment through influencing policies and practices related to solving the problem of global climate change and adapting to its consequences. The main areas of activity of the Ukrainian Climate Network are:- monitoring and promoting the development of national and local climate policy; - educational activities regarding the reduction of anthropogenic impact on the climate and adaptation to the consequences of climate change;- promotion of the institutional development of members and associated members of the Network; - promoting the fight against disinformation and the negative consequences of military actions on the environment caused by the war of the russian federation against Ukraine;- participation in the international climate movement to influence international climate policy.
