Uncle Tim's Cocktails

For years, I’ve loved experimenting with bottling craft cocktails. It let me try to capture some of life’s best moments and give them as a gift: from a raucous happy hour with friends to quiet wind down at home. It was only later that I found out that my great grandfather was a rumrunner during prohibition, and his smuggled alcohol helped keep New York City speakeasies running. I guess keeping the party alive was always in my blood, and I’m proud to continue the family tradition of chasing and sharing the perfect evening.
