UNIL OPAL is one of the largest manufacturer of lubricants and motor oil in France. UNIL OPAL manufactures lubricants, greases and coolants (over 500 different types) adapted to all kind of application: mechanical maintenance, transport, agriculture, construction and industry. Our range of products is divided into 2 families : AUTOMOTIVE Motor oils (minerals, semi-synthetic, synthetic) : ● for gasoline and diesel engines: cars, trucks, heavy duty vehicles, tractors ● for boats outboard and inboard engines ● for motorbikes 2 strokes and 4 strokes Lubricants: ● for transmissions gear boxes and axles Coolants: ● anti-freeze additives INDUSTRY Hydraulic fluids: ● for a wide range of hydraulic systems: antioxidant, anti-corrosion, anti-wear, shear stability Maintenance: ● for all types of machine: cutting presses, plastic injection presses, tools machines… ● suitable for gearings, gearboxes, guides, compressors… Metalwork: ● for milling, machining, turning and any other operation ● suitable for yellow metals, common and stainless steel Grease: ● high temperature, high pressure: from a 000 NLGI grade to an extremely hard grade 6 Agro-food industry: ● fully homologated by the agro-food, pharmaceutical and cosmetics industry ● prevent risk of accidental contact with food Cleaning: ● daily care on all types of parts: machines or mechanical workshops Biodegradable: ● respect and care for the environment Our entire production is made in France. Unil Opal has 5 sites in France, 3 of which are manufacturing sites. Our headquarters are located in Saumur (Loire Valley). We currently export our know-how in more than 50 countries around the globe mostly in the EMEA region, in Asia and in South America.
