United Construction is a family owned general construction and real estate development firm. United Construction has been a pillar in the Dartmouth - Lake Sunapee region of New Hampshire & Vermont since 1960 offering commercial and residential sitework, design - build services, paving and real estate development. The commercial site work division is the backbone of United's business and focuses on projects ranging from heavy highway, road construction, heavy earth moving, municipal infrastructure, Sewer Treatment Plants and private subdivisions. United Construction's design-build & commercial real estate division provides a wide range of services ranging from build to suit arrangements, lease-backs and design-build. Our services include site analysis, viability and location as well as evaluation of engineering & permitting requirements. United's diverse construction background enables us to assist in value engineering, out-side the box thinking and budget-saving approaches. This is a skill-set our competition simply does not have under one roof. We also offer knowledge and facilitation with grant programs and building incentives on a local, state and federal level to stimulate economic development and benefit our potential customers/tenants.
