WELCOME TO UNITY BREWING CO Launched in late 2016 by head brewer Jimmy Hatherley, Unity is a Southampton brewery, committed to making flavourful, sophisticated and innovative beer. OUR BEER Our approach is founded on a creative ethos and a passion for Belgian-influenced beers. Our brewing methods combine traditional and modern techniques with a focus on elevating humble ingredients. Unfiltered, unfined and unpasteurised, our beers are natural, flavourful and vegan friendly. OUR ETHOS At the heart of Unity is a spirit of collectivism, where people come first (besides beer of course). We believe in the collaborative culture that the beer industry is known for, and will be working with other breweries, organisations and customers alike as part of our mission to not only make delicious, interesting beer, but also to have an awesome time doing it. Our ambition is to keep developing Unity and our beers while always putting quality before quantity, and people before profit. OUR LOCATION AND TAP ROOM Unity is a 6 barrel brewery based in Southampton, Hampshire. We’re proud to be one of a growing number of breweries in the city and to play our part in Southampton’s booming craft beer scene. For us it was essential to have an on-site taproom – a relaxed bar area where people can meet up for a drink or two, or pick up some beer to take away. We’ll also be putting on food, community and drinks events, so watch this space.
