We support all our Long-Term Care Homes to maintain their Best Practice Spotlight Organization Direct pre- designation, achieving their full designation within 3 years. New Long Term Care Homes under UniversalCare management will be required to become a Best Practice Spotlight Organization Direct through coaching, planning, guidelines gap analysis, ongoing program evaluation, standardized best practice clinical pathway, staff engagement and knowledge transfer. Staff will be supported and encouraged to become Best Practice Champions to support evidenced based and best practices in all care provided.
