Upendo Tena Initiative

Founded in 2019, our organisation designs and delivers impactful, hands-on workshops aimed at addressing complex and current societal issues through early intervention, alongside other initiatives. We take a community-driven approach to our work, ensuring that local stakeholders are involved in shaping the direction of our organisation. Additionally, we prioritise meaningful youth participation, empowering young people to take an active role in the evaluation, design, and delivery of our programmes, making them the drivers of change in their communities. This approach ensures that our work is not only relevant but also effective in meeting their needs.
