About UPERDFI The UPERDFI is a non-profit, non-stock foundation, recognized by the Bureau of Internal Revenue as a Donee institution, consisting of 300+ members who are dedicated to mobilizing support for the University of the Philippines College of Engineering and its stakeholders since 1972. For donations of at least ₱ 50,000, we provide a Certificate of Donation, which grants 100% expense deduction and donors’ tax exemption. Vision UPERDFI will be an enabler of engineering leadership and solutions for society with UPCOE as premier resource. Mission Act as a staunch partner in ensuring the continuous availability of engineering resources to address society’s needs for inclusive development. Strategic Objectives 1.
