Urban Construction Management specialises in building refurbishment, repairs and maintenance, for local authorities and commercial businesses across London and the South East. From initial client meetings, we seek to understand the unique requirements of each contract and select high calibre skilled teams to complete the job, whilst understanding the environment they are working within and having an awareness of and respect for the end users needs and situation.
We handle the project management of all required planned and responsive work, with a view to causing minimal disruption and inconvenience, working with diplomacy and sensitivity to ensure the satisfaction of our clients and all involved parties. We are proud of the relationships we have developed to date and the feedback we have received.
We have experience of delivering services across a diverse and demanding portfolio of properties and provide reliable, adaptable, cost effective, efficient building and property maintenance services, adhering to all health and safety requirements. All of staff are CSCS card holders and are CRB checked, we are fully insured, guarantee all of our work and offer complete building services:
