Ushi-Toro is the largest distributor of Japanese A5 wagyu in the State of Florida, with distribution centers in Miami and New York City. With access to over 25 exclusive Japanese farms, Ushi-Toro sources some of the rarest, sought after Japanese wagyu including olive-fed and apple-fed wagyu, Kobe beef, Bushu-Gyu (aka “Samurai Beef”) and OMI “Emperor’s Beef,” to name a few.
The name, Ushi-Toro, serves as an ode to the Japanese culture (Ushi – meaning “cow”) and to the founders’ Spanish heritage (Toro – meaning “bull”).
