USI Construction Services

USI Construction Services is now known as CSCI. CSCI is one of the leading structural shell contractors in Florida. We provide concrete, masonry, and framing services to home builders and general contractors from Miami to Melbourne on the SE, Naples and Tampa on the West, and Orlando and Daytona in the Central markets. CSCI will complete over 2000 structures across Florida in 2018 with our team of experiences Superintendents, Area Managers, and Estimators. USI Construction Services was a division of United Subcontractors Inc. from 2005 through April 2018. On May 1 2018, USI Construction Services was spun off from United Subcontractors. On July 3rd, Daniel Goldburg and a group of investors purchased the business, and in November 2018 the company was renamed back to CSCI.
