Area Manager
Current- This position oversees the work and directs Superintendents at multiple construction sites ensuring quality standards and product delivery dates are met.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Hire, train, evaluate, coach and develop Superintendents and skilled labor.
- Delegate and assign work to Superintendents.
- Ensure Superintendents adhere to company policies & procedures, including but not limited to production management, scheduling, safety and Superintendent Job Scope definitions.
- Source, negotiate rates, and assist with workforce planning of subcontracted labor.
- Analyze construction Shell plans to determine construction requirements, recommending value engineering and alternative construction techniques.
