Vakif Leasing was established on 15.09.1988 under the title of VAKIF FİNANSAL KİRALAMA A.Ş., as a subsidiary of Vakıfbank. It was quoted on Istanbul Stock Market in1991 and became the first publicly-traded leasing company.
