Valsana researches, selects and distributes cheeses, cured meats and other refined specialities since 1984.
We deliver more than 1,500 fresh products every day in Italy and abroad to delicatessens, cheese shops, wine bars, specialised stores and restaurants.
Our assortment consists of approximately 500 cheeses, 400 cold cuts and a wide selection of other gastronomic specialities.
The soul of our work is curiosity, the desire to discover the best products, how they are created and why, and who the people who create them are. All this to bring the best of Italian gastronomy to your counters and tables.
We are not refiners: we select products, we buy them and when possible we let them age in their places of origin. We do not dress our products with a brand name, but we try to introduce you to and perhaps to meet the producers.
