Valued Cultures announces their survey and forthcoming white paper: "Current State of Gaming Studio Culture 2023." Valued Cultures is a startup focused on cultivating healthy, sustainable, and innovative cultures in the gaming industry. Co-founders Daryl Ogden and Mike Merrill, in collaboration with Senior Advisor Shannon Loftis, are deploying decades of tech, gaming, and leadership experience to produce a “white paper” that tests hypotheses about the relationships between culture, creativity, and gaming success informed by the experience and insights of 100+ North American gaming leaders. The Process: Participants will be asked to: --Answer an on-line survey (~12 minutes) --Participate in an interview (~60 minutes) All information provided will be kept confidential and all findings will be synthesized and anonymized to ensure that participants can speak candidly. The Outcome: We believe this white paper will yield valuable insights for the gaming industry, especially in helping studios tackle the challenges of optimizing creative efforts in an era often characterized by remote/hybrid work.
