VASTAF (Västkustens Affärsänglar)

VASTAF was founded in 2011 by entrepreneurs and business leaders with a clear purpose to invest in start-up companies that want to take the next step in their development and increase growth. For more than a decade, VASTAF has built up competence and networks consisting of a number of active business leaders and entrepreneurs with international experience in various different industries and industries, including the Internet of Things, Life Science, Energy, Real Estate, E-Commerce and the Engineering industry. In combination with broad experience from the above industries, it generates the unique opportunity to contribute and support with experience from sales, production, research and development, marketing, finance and supply chain management to the holdings. VASTAF's strategy is based on being an active and committed business angel who contributes knowledge and networks to our holdings. This is ensured by, among other things, having a close dialogue with local partners and actors in western Sweden. To ensure a structured and efficient way of working within the West Coast Business Angels, the West Coast Business Angels are governed by a board and an operational committee. For each investment, a team of at least two committed people is appointed who is responsible for the investment.
