We believe that harsh environment motors, such as runout table and descale motors, can and should operate longer than they do; regardless of moisture, dust, and heat. With our engineering background and experience manufacturing large submersible slurry pumps, we bring a new perspective to how motors must be built to perform in these harsh environments. Working closely with an experienced hot-mill team, we systematically eliminated the root causes of motor failures. After five years of in-house, lab, and on-site testing, we believe we have developed the most robust, long-lasting motor in the industry. The result is substantially different than any other motor available. Which is why in 2019 we were awarded a patent for our design.
As a whole, our motor may seem revolutionary at first, but we did not fully “reinvent the wheel”. We simply integrated proven components, such as mechanical seals and oil-bath bearings, to successfully eliminate the leading causes of motor failures. We have partnered with large suppliers, such as ABB-Baldor, SKF bearings and John Crane seal, to bring proven components and a strong supply chain together.
We completely design, build, and test our motors here in northern Wisconsin. It is not easy to manufacture in the US and compete against cheaper foreign companies, but we do. We can compete by continually being more innovative and agile to meet each customer’s needs. Our focus is providing true long-term solutions for each of our customers. This will allow our customers to compete more effectively in their markets.
