Viveros Copequen Ltda. se creó el año 1997, con la finalidad de abastecer de plantas frutales de óptima calidad y en el momento oportuno al grupo de empresas David Del Curto S.A. de la cual es filial, sin embargo durante el transcurso del tiempo y producto de la gran cantidad de contactos en el ambiente frutícola a través del mundo de ésta última, se logró la representación para Chile y Sudamérica de las variedades de cerezas de la prestigiosa estación experimental de Summerland, Canadá, siendo éste el principal motivo de nuestra apertura al mercado.
Conscientes de la importancia de contar con nuevas alternativas para la industria frutícola nacional, se han continuado los esfuerzos para lograr introducir nuevas variedades, principalmente de uva de mesa, frutales de carozo y algunas variedades de manzanas, las que saldrán al mercado en el momento que se estime pertinente.
