Volcano Consulting, LLC’s (VC) motto is to help organizations that serve the public get funded (grant and technical writing), stay funded (program design, evaluation, and management and capacity building) and learn (The Volcano Consulting Professional Development Center). VC operates locally or remotely and provides a full range of professional services to non-profits, small businesses, government, and quasi-governmental agencies. The multidisciplinary approach at VC has historically provided services to entities of all sizes and capacities. Our work is generally focused in the following areas: equity and justice, economic development; nutrition; food systems; community development and engagement; HIV; youth and adolescent development services and programs; special populations; affordable housing; public safety; behavioral health and the social determinants of health; adolescent health; human and social services; community-based services; K-12 education; case management; social work; evidence-based practice; and allied health training and education.
