Vectis Property Group

The Vectis Property Group was established in 1936 in South West London where it continues to own a large proportion of its current investments. The company owns a diversified portfolio of residential ground rents distributed nationally, which form the historical basis of the company's property investment business. Many of the proceeds from the sales of the ground rents have since been invested in residential and commercial investments. Vectis has acquired a range of freehold properties with a concentration on retail and residential opportunities in London over the past few years and now owns a core portfolio of approximately 15 freehold properties in addition to the ground rent portfolio.
