Veeran

Veeran is a not for profit Organization established with a view to educate women about self defense techniques, awareness about laws related to Women , etc. Veeran has a vision to make a community of people who can come together and learn such techniques by organizing workshops and then in turn educating the poor people about the techniques, precautions, do's and dont's so that such incidences of assault, rape can be averted. Veeran also aims to educate men about how to deal with such situations when they are roaming with their loved ones and get into situations of teasing. Also, imparting knowledge about ethics, do's and dont's to the males as well through workshops in schools, maholla's and guiding them about the moral values and ethics when dealing with women. Veeran has a vision to help women in the following areas: * Learn about Self-Defense Techniques * Learn about Laws related to Rape. * Self-defense workshops for educating men/women on how to tackle dangerous situations * Educating men about how to treat women, imparting moral values and ethics regarding the same. How Can You Help Be a volunteer at Veeran. If you have time or aptitude, share with us. You do not require any special recommendation or experience to be a volunteer. Veeran is a young organization and wants like minded people to join the organization and contribute to make our beautiful country very safe for women. You can help and contribute in whatever area you like and can be a part of the Organization. Also, you can share whatever knowledge you gain from this page with your house maids, other under privileged children, your loved one's and make them prepared and bring a change.
