VEKAPLAN range of sheets includes six different types of sheet, for the most varied areas of application. The extremely durable sheets are supplied in widths of up to two metres. They are easy to process and designed to meet the various fire-prevention requirements. As you would expect from a global leaders in plastics extrusion, the VEKAPLAN sheets have been tested to the most stringent standards and form part of our pioneering CoolSkin door skins for composite and panelled doors. ***Quality is our basic philosophy*** As the world market leader for PVC window and door profiles VEKA also stands for an unconditional commitment to the quality of the VEKAPLAN sheet systems. Only products of consistently high quality allow for easy processing and reliably meet all practical requirements. In order to secure this quality we apply strict controls along the entire production chain – from inspection of the delivered raw materials in our own lab through regular colour adjustments to the final checks of our extruded sheets and laminations. ***Recycling conserves resources*** As a family-run company marked by an attachment to values we believe in our responsibility for the natural resources and for sustainable management. This is why the production of our VEKAPLAN sheet systems is designed to be as resource efficient as possible, among other things through comprehensive heat recovery. Furthermore we have implemented a system for the recycling of PVC which allows us to recover the valuable material from old products and to use it again for the production of new high quality sheets. The best example is VEKAPLAN CX and CX Duo, a sheet system with a solid and durable inner core made of recycled PVC.
