This gives our clients the specialist advice and the time they need in order to plan and recruit the resources that will be employed on a permanent basis. • Contract management: We develop contract documents in preparation for a new tender and administer contracts where necessary. Our work includes developing the specification and drawing up PQQ and ITT documentation. • Developing transport related strategies: We develop bespoke strategies on behalf of our local authority clients. This can range from specialist functions, such as street lighting strategies, right through to large plans such as Local Transport Plans.
