For more than 24 years we are working with defence. Our major customer includes BEL, BEML, DRDO, BDL, ITI, Paras Defence, Tetra, Mahindra Defence, Bharat Forge, Tata Motors, etc. We have added another vertical to our activity i.e. additive manufacturing by procuring two machines namely AM400 & AM500E from M/s. Renishaw for metals such as SS316L, AlSi10Mg, MS300, and Inconel 718. And also added the powerful continuous fiber 3d printer Markforged Mark 2 (Gen 2) for a wide range of materials such as Onyx, Nylon in plastics, carbon fiber, fiberglass, Kevlar, HSHT fiberglass in composite fibers for Aluminum strength parts. Our capabilities are 3D modeling, optimization, DFAM (Design for Additive Manufacturing), 3D Printing services in metal as well as plastic composites, post-manufacture, heat treatment, and machining as well.
