We assist in obtaining and maintaining credit lines from financial institutions for trading companies. This is a thorough process including: ✓Due diligence process ✓Evaluation of the company’s financial statements ✓Analysis of the trade flows, counterparties, jurisdictions, goods and the underlying risks ✓Identifying suitable banks and/or non bank financial institutions based on the company’s requirements ✓Structuring the credit facilities in line with business flows ✓Setting up the collaterals and securities (insurance, CMA/SMA where necessary, hedging lines etc.) ✓Supervising the daily trade finance operations of the company VERVA Consultancy is based in Geneva, Switzerland, with support teams in London, Zurich, Istanbul.
