I'm an advisor for Seed-stage startup founders, supporting on everything from fundraising to product management. I’ve spent close to a decade making seed-stage venture investments in innovative technology startups spanning B2B SaaS, digital health, FinTech, AI/ML, NLP, CPM, Insurance, Retail, Construction, Supply Chain/Logistics, IoT, HR, Marketing, Video Telematics, Genomics, Surgical Devices, and more. I have deployed tens of millions of dollars across more than two dozen companies and served on over a dozen boards. The areas I tend to focus my on, in my work with founders, include business strategy, corporate development, product, unit economics, market segmentation, financing strategy, and transactions. I have also been active advising startup founders through Next Canada, Antler, and OneEleven. I have prior experience working with hardware & software across sectors from enterprise cloud development to healthcare hardware financing. As a business strategist and corporate finance engineer by training, I've led large-scale projects focusing on creating value through legacy processes digitization in Europe and North America. I also teach the Venture Capital & Private Equity MBA course at the Schulich School of Business.
