Virgin Nuts, BRCGS Food Safety AA-level certified, is a producer of caramelised and dry roasted nuts, seeds and cereals as a delicious snack or as an ingredient for many applications, especially for ice cream and chocolate.
Thanks to our artisanal production process, all nuts and seeds get a delicious and 100% natural coating.
Love at first bite
For our sweet product range, we can combine the sugar coating with honey, cinnamon, maple, vanilla or gingerbread. And to make your snack nuts and seeds extra special, we can also give them a savoury addition, like sea salt and/or spices/herbs like chili, rosemary, pepper, lavender, wasabi, etc. It’s up to you which natural base flavours and additions you choose for your snack products.
Our dry roasted savoury product range works quite the same, but without the sweet caramelised base. Picture a pick & mix concept of delicious dry roasted nuts and seeds and our famous herbs/spices to create THE ultimately perfect dry roasted snack (mix) for you and your customers.
Solutions only for ice cream and chocolate
Thanks to our artisanal coating, diced nuts (> 4mm) get an essential barrier to lock in the flavour of the nuts and to preserve their crunchiness. Depending on the production method of ice cream, an optionally additional layer of coconut oil prevents the sugar from draining.
With our artisanal coating, we add an essential barrier to prevent fat bloom and to preserve the crunchiness of the nuts when processed in chocolate. And on top of these benefits: the coating locks in the flavour of the delicious nuts.
Last but not least, if requested we can produce your ingredients peanut free. This ensures that even more people can enjoy your chocolate, ice cream or granolas.
We only work with natural ingredients, thus without artificial colouring and flavouring. All products are produced fresh on order.
